Acceptable Use Policy

Cloudeel hosts sites for millions of potential visitors, so we set a few clear limits. This policy applies to all Content published through the Service.
Not allowed
- Illegal content or content that facilitates illegal activity, including the sale of controlled substances, weapons, counterfeit goods or stolen data.
- Phishing, malware, credential harvesting, fake login pages, or impersonating another person, brand or organisation.
- Child sexual abuse material (reported to authorities immediately), non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content involving minors in any form.
- Content that incites violence or harassment, or that promotes hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
- Spam sites: doorway pages, link farms, auto-generated pages created to manipulate search engines, or mass-produced near-duplicate sites.
- Deceptive commercial practices: fake reviews, get-rich-quick or pyramid schemes, misleading health claims.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights of third parties.
- Using forms to collect payment card numbers, government IDs or health data. Use a dedicated, compliant provider for those.
- Abuse of the Service: probing or attacking our systems, circumventing plan limits, reselling accounts, or automated use of the assistant outside the editor.
Enforcement
- We review reports sent to support@cloudeel.com and may act on our own monitoring.
- Depending on severity we may: ask you to fix the content, take the site offline (visitors see a notice), suspend the account, or terminate it. Serious cases are reported to authorities.
- Suspended owners can reply to the notice email to appeal. We respond within 5 business days.
- Taking a site offline does not delete its content; you can export it for 30 days unless the content itself is illegal to retain.
Reporting
Anyone can report a site at api.cloudeel.com/report or by email. Please include the site address and what you found.
